Privacy Promise
pass-word.uk 1.1.0

Last updated: 29 October 2025

This website was built with privacy at its core. It does not track you, profile you, or ask for any personal details. There are no adverts, analytics, or hidden scripts. The page you see is the whole service. Simple, direct, and secure.

Everything happens on a UK server in real time. When you ask for a password, it is created instantly and sent straight back to your browser. Nothing is written to a database, and nothing is stored once it is shown.

Our goal is to prove that useful online tools can exist without tracking or data collection.

What we store

Temporary rate limit files

To keep the service running fairly for everyone, the system briefly counts how many requests come from each connection. Instead of saving your IP address, it turns it into a short coded value that cannot identify you. This value changes every hour, and the small file that holds it is deleted automatically. No names, cookies, or device details are stored.

Optional reports

If you press Report to flag unsuitable words, a short entry is saved only because you chose to send it. It looks like this:

{
  "time": "2025-10-28T20:53:03+00:00",
  "words": ["Example","Words","Here"],
  "digits": "45",
  "password": "ExampleWordsHere45"
}

Reports contain no connection or browser data. They are deleted after 30 days, or sooner if the log reaches 5 MB. Please do not include any personal information when reporting.

Cached word pool

The system builds its own list of suitable English words. It removes anything too short, too long, or offensive, then keeps that cleaned list for seven days to improve performance. This list never includes user data and never leaves the server.

What we never store

How it works

  1. Your browser asks for a new password
  2. The server picks three English words and two numbers using a secure random method
  3. The password is sent back instantly
  4. Nothing is kept afterwards

Each password is unique, unpredictable, and created fresh each time you click.

Why this matters

Most free tools online come with strings attached such as trackers or advertising tags. This one does not. It runs on UK infrastructure, keeps no identifying data, and exists simply to be a reliable, safe tool you can trust.

Privacy here is not a feature. It is the foundation.

Compliance and hosting

If you ever have questions, contact [email protected].

Data retention summary

Rate limit files hold only a coded value and request count. They expire after one hour.

Report logs store example words, digits, and timestamps for up to 30 days or until they reach 5 MB.

The word cache contains only a cleaned dictionary, refreshed every seven days.

Generated passwords exist only in memory and are never stored.

Hosting location

The service runs entirely on secure UK servers. No data is transferred or processed outside the UK.

Use of Cloudflare

Cloudflare provides two essential services for this site:

  1. DNS, which keeps the domain reachable worldwide
  2. SSL encryption, which ensures all connections remain private and secure

Cloudflare may temporarily handle technical information such as your IP address while transferring data between you and the server, purely for security and performance. 20tele.com does not access, use, or store this information. No analytics, marketing, or tracking features from Cloudflare are active on this site.
